Infant Massage
Infant massage is a way to nurture your relationship with your child while promoting your child’s health and development. It encourages non-verbal communication, improves sleep quality, reduces stress, improves self-regulation, supports physical and brain development, and relieves digestive discomfort, pain and tension for your baby. These classes will help you get to know and respond to your baby’s cues. As a Certified Educator of Infant Massage, I will guide you through infant massage strokes developed by Infant Massage USA to promote the above benefits, while surrounding yourself with a community of parents.
Four weekly one hour classes- $150
Classes are held in your community, or, if you have a few friends who would like to attend together, we can discuss a private home-based class! Virtual 1:1 sessions are also available.
You will leave class with the handouts for the strokes you learn and will have an opportunity to ask parenting questions throughout class.
Individual session- $40-$50
Sometimes a private session in your own home, or in the community is the best for what your child needs. This is an opportunity to learn infant massage strokes specific to the area of the body you’re curious about, such as the gas and colic routine if your baby is having digestion/gas/colic struggles.

Postpartum Doula
The postpartum doula’s role is to provide compassionate, non-judgmental support and nurturing to new and growing families in the first three months after the birth of a baby. They support recovery from and processing of birth, infant education, and parents’ overall adjustment to their new roles. They provide newborn care and education, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and various other tasks that create an environment that fosters emotional and physical recovery for new parents. I am especially passionate about supporting new parents experiencing the Baby Blues or Postpartum Anxiety/Depression. I am a certified Postpartum Doula with Doulas of Northern America (DONA).
